Questions people ask
Is this a real video shoot?
No. These are AI-generated videos. The scenery is created by AI and your photos are animated by AI. Nobody visits you with a camera, which is why the film is ready in days and costs far less than a shoot.
Will the faces look like us?
We animate your real photos, so faces stay yours. Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos give the best result. AI can sometimes change small details, so a person checks every face scene and redoes any that look off.
Can I ask for something that is not in your list?
Yes. Choose "Other occasion" or describe your own idea in the form. We add new stories all the time.
How long does it take?
Two to three days for most films. Tell us your date and we confirm before you pay.
Can I ask for changes?
Every package includes fixes to names, text and spelling. Signature includes one round of visual changes and Heirloom includes two. Extra rounds are charged.
Can the text be in Telugu, Tamil or Hindi?
Yes. Type the names in that language in the form, exactly as you want them to appear.
What happens to our photos?
They are used only to make your film and deleted 30 days after delivery. We never post your film anywhere without asking you first.
Do you make films of celebrities or of someone without their permission?
No. Every order needs the consent of the people in it.
Privacy and terms
Privacy
We collect only what the order form asks for and the photos you send on WhatsApp. We use them to make your film and to contact you about your order, and for nothing else. Photos and working files are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never sell or share your details, and we never post your film or photos publicly unless you say yes in writing. To have your data deleted sooner, message us on WhatsApp.
Orders and payment
Work starts after a 50% advance. We send a watermarked preview. The remaining 50% is due before we send the final film. Delivery times are counted from the moment we have both the advance and all your photos.
Changes
You confirm the spelling of every name on WhatsApp before we start. Fixing our mistakes is always free. Each package includes the number of change rounds shown in the prices. Send all your changes for a round in one message. Further rounds, or a change to a spelling you approved, are charged.
Refunds
If you cancel before we start work, the advance is refunded in full. Once work has started, the advance is not refundable, because the generation cost has already been spent. If we cannot deliver by the date we agreed, you may cancel for a full refund.
Your photos and permission
You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you send and that everyone shown in them has agreed to appear in the film. For children, the order must come from a parent or guardian. We may decline any order, including films of public figures or of anyone who has not given permission.
